The Nature Protection Board shall provide visitors with visits to the Legatne Nature Trail. Ligatne nature trails are located in Ligatna, the county of Ligatne (in the territory of Gauja National Park). Wild animals (elk, fox, bears, doe, yanotine, lynx, wild boar, squirrel and other mammals, as well as hoofs and other creatures of the family of owls) may be observed in the enclosures of the Ligatne nature trails. Specifically marked routes and markings are created in paths on the area map. Nature Trail length 4 km. A 22-meter-high Legatne Natural Trail View tower is available. The Legatne Nature Trail in the Natural Education Centre “Plants” can be viewed in educational exhibitions during the summer season, meet Latvian fauna and specially protected nature areas, explore and feel the diverse presence of nature.

    Payment for Ligatne Natural Trail visits shall be made in cash at the Legatne Natural Trail, or with ALL, ELECTRON, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express payment cards at the Ligatne Natural Trail Information Centre, as well as in the sale of “Tickets Service” Internet. in the shop.

  2. Receipt of services
    A ticket is issued for a visit to the Ligatnite Nature Trail.
    When purchasing tickets in advance at the “Tickets Service” Internet shop, tickets should be presented at the Ligatne Natural Trail in the Information Centre during the visit.
    The visit takes place in person.
